The Challenge
Often start-up businesses start from a traditional organization style (kekeluargaan), where most decisions are made by one key person, usually the founder. With the growing business, this will undoubtedly become an organizational issue. First, the way organizations work must evolve as the business scaling-up. Second, critical positions filled by current talents need to be reviewed and replaced with more experienced ones. The Approach

Based on this, we were able to design an organization our clients needed and map their talent gap, complete with talent requirements and a comprehensive benchmark of other companies in the industry.
